Pro Sellers Specific conditions :

The following Specific conditions are set up in order to regulate the Pro Sellers activities, rights and obligations throughout the Site. However these Specific conditions do not replace but complement the General Terms and Conditions that are applicable to Pro Sellers as well.

  1. Eligibility and Registration:

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

To become a Pro Seller on GOODZ, User must meet the following eligibility criteria: 

Business Entity: Pro Seller must be a registered business entity, such as a company or partnership, and be authorized to act on its behalf. 

Trade License: Pro Seller must have a valid and active trade license, as required by UAE jurisdiction, and the necessary business licenses to be able to sell Item through a third-party solution. Pro Seller will be responsible to always remain compliant with the local regulations.

Managing Director's Emirates ID: Users are required to provide the managing director’s Emirates ID or any authorized representative of the company for personal identification. It is the responsibility of the Pro Seller to provide accurate information and to be wompliant with local regulations.

Company letterhead: The company letterhead serves as an official representation of the Pro Seller business.

1.2 Registration Process 

To register as a Pro Seller, follow these steps:

Create an Account: If you do not already have an Account on GOODZ, create one by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Business Verification: During the registration process, you will be prompted to provide essential business information, including your trade license number, company name, and contact details.

Document Submission: Upload scanned copies or images of the required documents, including the managing director's Emirates ID, the valid trade license, and the company letterhead, as requested.

Review and Approval: Once your documents are submitted, our team will review and verify the information provided. This process may take a reasonable amount of time, and you will be notified of the outcome.

Pro Seller Status: Upon approval, you will gain access to the privileges and responsibilities associated with Pro Seller status on GOODZ.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

The Pro Seller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during registration. Any changes that occur regarding the business details must be promptly updated on the Site to maintain the integrity of the Pro Seller profile. 

1.4 Account Termination

Failure to meet the eligibility criteria or provide accurate and up-to-date information may result in the termination of the Pro Seller Account on GOODZ. Additionally, non-compliance with any other terms and conditions may lead to Account suspension or termination.

GOODZ reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify your eligibility and compliance with our Site's policies and our Payment Service Provider policies.

2.1 Item Listings and Descriptions

At GOODZ, we value transparency and accurate representation of Items and services. As a Pro Seller, it is your responsibility to create Items listings and descriptions that provide potential Buyers with clear, detailed, and truthful information about the Items you offer for sale.

2.2 Pricing

Pro Seller shall, set fair and competitive prices for their Items. 

2.3 Condition and Quality

Pro Seller shall transparently describe the condition and quality of the Item. If the Item are used or refurbished, you shall clearly state its condition, including any defects.

2.4 Availability

Pro-Seller shall ensure that the Items listed as available are in stock and ready for immediate purchase. If a Item is out of stock, it shall immediately removed from the listing. In case of repeated sales occurring without available stock, GOODZ reserves the right to invoice the Pro Seller for the amount of the Transaction.

2.5 Intellectual Property

Pro-Seller shall always respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not use copyrighted or trademarked materials in your Item listings without proper authorization.

2.6 Compliance with Laws

Pro-Seller shall comply at any time with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to product safety, labeling, and consumer protection.

2.7 Review and Removal

Our team will periodically review Item listings to ensure compliance with these guidelines. Listings found to be in violation may be removed or subject to corrective actions.

 

  1. Specific advantages of Pro Sellers

At GOODZ, we recognize the unique contributions of our Pro Sellers. To support our Pro Seller’s business growth and provide you with an enhanced selling experience, we offer several exclusive advantages:

3.1 Pro Seller Dashboard

Pro Sellers have access to a dedicated dashboard that provides a comprehensive overview of thir sales activities, orders, and key performance indicators. This allow efficient inventory management and sales tracking.

3.2 Invoice Download

Pro Sellers can download invoices for Transactions conducted on our Site. This feature simplifies accounting and record-keeping for your business. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT GOODZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO ISSUE INVOICES FOR THE PRO SELLERS WHICH REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AS WELL AS FOR THE PAYMENT OF THEIR OWN TAXES AND BANK FEES. THEY ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE OF THEIR TAX DECLARATIONS. GOODZ CANNOT NE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR DEEMED RESPONSIBLE OF ANY OF THESE MATTERS.

 3.3 Stock Management

Pro Sellers are the only Users that are able to manage their available quantities, restock, and have available stocks on multiple references.

3.4 Priority Customer Support

As a Pro Seller, they have access to priority User support.

4.1 Commission Fees

The commission fees are calculated based on the Selling Sevice Fee available at clause 4.4 of Goodz ‘s terms and conditions.     

4.2 Fee Updates

GOODZ reserves the right to update or modify its fee structure at any time. Any changes to fees or the introduction of new fees will be communicated to Pro Sellers in advance.

  1. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Efficient order fulfillment and shipping are integral to providing a positive buying experience for customers on [Your Marketplace Name]. As a Pro Seller, it is your responsibility to meet the following guidelines to ensure timely and reliable order processing.

5.1 Order Processing

Timely Order Fulfillment: Pro Sellers shall fulfill customer orders promptly, within maximum 24 hours. The Item shall be perfectly packaged and shall not contain any advertising document or phone number from the Pro Sellers company, to try to contact the Buyer outside the Site. It is important to note that for Pro Sellers’ sales, the pick-up option is not available, the exhaustivity of the deliveries will be done by GOODZ Delivery partner.

5.2 Shipping Fees

Shipping Fees are handled by the Buyer. However, Pro Sellers shall prepare and pack the Item sold perfectly to avoid any damage during the transportation. It is recommended to use appropriate materials and methods to protect Items during transit.

5.5 Returns and Refunds

The returns and Refunds policy is exactly the same as for other Users. However, there is an exception. Indeed, a return to Pro Sellers is impossible in the following conditions:

  • The Item show signs of misuse, damage, even if they are within their warranty period.
  • Item is used, altered, or assembled: Items that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed unless they are found to be defective.
  • Unsealed Items: Bedding, mattresses, bath Items, kids' Items, pillows, sheets, comforters, bed-in-a-bag, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam, towels, and bathrobes that have been removed from their original packaging.
  • Assembled Items: Items that have been fully assembled unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by the Pro Seller. In such cases, we may inspect for defects and, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective Item.

Return Process and Conditions:

To initiate a return, ensure that the Item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

with the original packaging, the original invoice, and all provided accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards that were included with the order.

  1. Pro Seller Restrictions

6.1 No By Passing:

Pro Sellers are strictly prohibited from using Users’ data to contact Buyers outside the Site, except for communication directly related to a specific Transaction or order.

6.2 Customer Service

Responsiveness: Pro Seller has to maintain timely and effective communication with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally through the Site messaging solution.

6.3 Compliance with Site Policies

Adherence to the Site Terms and Conditions.

Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and standards, including tax, customs, and product safety regulations. 

6.4 Item Quality and Safety

Pro Seller shall provide Items that meet quality standards and safety requirements, adhering to industry norms and best practices.

Cooperate with the marketplace in the event of a product recall or safety concern, including promptly notifying affected buyers and offering appropriate remedies. 

6.5 Ethical Conduct

Pro Seller shall maintain professionalism in all interactions with buyers, refraining from engaging in unethical, offensive, or harassing behavior.

6.6 Reporting Violations

Pro Seller shall report any suspicious or prohibited activities, fraudulent Transactions, or policy violations to the marketplace's support or compliance team.
